25% Reconstruction as an Emergency Escape Pod and Randomly Distributed Farmer Storage

The current data security value for the 2D matrix is 75%, otherwise recovery might fail. However, recent related research indicates that reconstruction can be fully achieved with only 25% of the data available, by directly using binary polynomial interpolation. But this comes at a very high cost and should be used as an emergency escape pod. This mode requires some changes to the DA layer, especially demanding that samples be randomly dispersed.

However, the cells in farmer storage should ideally be as random as possible, making it difficult for attackers to target a specific row or column. Currently, our storage is organized by rows and columns for the convenience of decentralized generation. A feasible solution is that after decentralized generation, the additional data in farmer storage should be randomly distributed, rather than being in a specific row or column.
